A good looking site as Analysia is not what you think it is. On the website in a big font they write “Test your mobile app” unfortunately as a Tester you can register but nothing happens. It is a pity because I have a few smartphones and tablets and would like to earn some money testing websites and APPS.
Next on the list is Permission Testing of mobile apps. Almost every second app asks its users for access to their phone’s contact, camera, Gallery, Location etc. I have seen few testers who make a mistake by not testing the proper combinations of these permissions.

Sponsors are another way to make a bit of revenue. It has been so ever since the marketing industry came into existence. With sponsors, you can get your money up front, and if the sponsor is prestigious, their name can prove to elevate the reputation of your brand. You have to find sponsors willing to pay you when you white label the application.
On the developer and IT-focused side of our testing, our developer tested App Maker by creating a significantly more complex application we named Crowd Control, a collaborative contact manager intended as a contact and customer relationship management (CRM) application for salespeople. We were looking to create an app with a contact list, a page for contact details, and a page for adding new contacts, including the ability to add photos and multiple notes to each contact. We also tested out the ability to add and change data model fields and push those changes to the live app.
The advantage here, Google argues, is that users won’t have to worry about any of the underlying infrastructure (the buzzword here is “serverless”) and that it allows them to develop apps that solve their very specific needs without the need to bring on a developer. Users who want to delve deeper, though, can also do so thanks to the built-in scripting editor, which — from the looks of it — feels like a pretty fully featured IDE.
As with any application, Mobile application testing is also very important, as the clientele is usually in millions for a certain product – and a product with bugs is never appreciated. It often results in monetary losses, legal issue, and irreparable brand image damage.

It’s no surprise to see enterprise apps and business and productivity software at the top of the high earning app category charts. What’s more interesting is the “other” category between them. Developers who seek out and dominate niches outside the standard app categories are doing very well; it’s not the route to a billion dollar company but it’s a smart strategy for a small business. Despite the many reports of fitness trackers ending up unused in drawers after a few months, health and fitness related apps are doing quite well. It’ll be worth watching how the major platforms health and fitness data platforms impact this category. The success of the communications and social networking category at this revenue level is slightly counter-intuitive, this is a category with significant network effects favouring a few big winners. It seems that this is such popular use case for mobile devices that there’s room for a lot of developers to add value. To contrast with these, the categories at the bottom of the list are Kids (16%), Games (17%) and Education (17%). These bottom categories are pulled down by their popularity with hobbyists, giving full-time professionals targeting these categories a lot of free competition.
Update Feb 2016: Originally when I wrote this answer, we had just launched our Android app and so couldn’t fully answer.  Since my answer has been getting a fair number of views, I wanted to give a quick update.  Our Android app now has about 250,000 monthly active users.  We are using Facebook’s Audience Network native ads now.  We are bringing in roughly $4-5,000 a month from them.

Thanks for stopping by! I’ll have to do a little investigating to see what’s going on with Analysia. Several years ago, I was an active tester with them and would have the opportunity to take a test or two maybe once a month, but nothing more than that. Perhaps, as you suggest, they’ve simply gone of business or have too many testers and not enough tests.
