Mobile Technology is transforming the way people use their cell phones. Although demand is highest for consumer apps, enterprise applications are evolving too, allowing businesses to work more productively. Right from Publishers, Retailers, Automobile Dealers, Financial Service Providers, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare Providers, the mobile application usage trend has now extended to schools and Universities providing faster interaction between staff and students.
Finally, this is only tangentally a way of ‘making money’, but often the benefit of an app can be added to a package of services for which you charge, but the app itself is free. For instance, the company for which I work pays a lot of money for business analytics, and I access that data principally from my smartphone. The app itself is free, but in order to access the info I need the login for which my employer pays.
The cool thing is that Roamler presents to you the available offers based on what you can do that’s closest to you. Think of this as Fiverr + Uber paired together, but for quirky little services like what we’ve just described.
Only install the add-on if you are happy for the company to access the data, including your browsing history. The exact data it can access varies by browser, but a list should pop up when you install the add-on.
This site is good. But I didn’t find any specific stuff related to testing mobile application security. Can some one help me in knowing which all emulators are used for testing mobile application. On the site some emulators are mentioned. But I did not get any idea out of it.
Mary E. Shacklett is president of Transworld Data, a technology research and market development firm. Prior to founding the company, Mary was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Technology at TCCU, Inc., a financial services firm; Vice President o…
The downside of ReceiptPal is that the payout of this app is quite low. You’re going to have to scan a lot of receipts before you’re able to cash out. Is it worth it? If you’re comparing it to other apps on this list, probably not. But it’s a great one for deal stacking.
WhatsApp’s File Management system is pathetic. I tried may other apps but none did fit into my requirement. This led me to think about developing an app for my own personal usage. And thus I started developing ‘AllDrive’ & the rest is history. I am posting some screenshots of my app that explains about my bumble app:
Memory testing is exceptionally important for mobile applications to ensure that each application maintains optimized memory usage throughout the user journey. It is recommended that we conduct memory testing on the actual target device, since the system architecture is different from an emulator to an actual device.
Earn cash as long as your item appears on the receipt. These receipt scanning apps don’t care where you make your purchase. As long as the product appears on the app, you’re going to get paid. Most of the receipt scanning apps are of this type.
I would like to know if anyone has any real experience with these sites outside of YouEye and UserTesting, both of which I use. I started by looking at Analysia, and the site looks quite sketchy with its broken English and other grammatical errors. May I ask from where you got these links and how many you have actually done?
Another list building technique you should be trying, is a squeeze page. A squeeze page is a dedicated page on your site to getting a visitor to sign up for your mailing list. You can see an example of a page like this by checking out our squeeze page for our Traffic Domination video! If you want to create amazing high converting squeeze pages (+ a lot more), check out Optimizepress.
Hey Carter, I have an idea for an app, like everyone says it might be the next big thing… right? Now, what would you recommend me doing in finding the “Right” guy/website for the job… I just dont want to be bamboozled into paying money and have my idea stolen from me …. Please help!
As I explained in my recent Get Paid to Test Websites post, when it comes to making things – be it a website, an app, a video game – that become successful, user-friendliness is a top priority for developers.
Once you install and sign up, Google gives you few 20-30 surveys every week to complete. You need to give your opinions and reviews about the products, which in turn will be given to the companies for insights. Credits vary from few 0.1 cents to 2 dollars. But the main point to note is this service is from Google whom you can trust and try with your eyes closed.

  1. Shutterstock – This one’s a slow-burner – when you start you’ll get about 18p per photo. This goes up to 24p if your ‘lifetime earnings’ with Shutterstock reach $500 (£360). Depending on what kind of licence your photo is sold under, you’ll get a flat rate, or 20-30% of the photo’s sale price.
What’s even more compelling than the sponsor’s money is their marketing horsepower. They most likely have a website with good traffic, email newsletters, and social media. If they sponsor your app, chances are they’ll be happy to promote it for you. That’s great value.
It is important to remember if you sold your site for 2 years revenue and it made $5000 a month, you would get $120,000. To earn that amount of money it could take you 6 or 7 years because of expenses and taxes. You also have to factor in how long it took you to build your business. If it took you two years and you sell for $120,000 – then it would be like earning an extra $60,000 a year.
