2. Performed Manual and Automated Testing –The development process followed for this project was SCRUM and each sprint was two weeks long. Every two weeks development team delivered a logically completed product to the QA team and QA would run their test cases on the build. Regression was a challenge because in each build QA had to ensure that previously completed items were still working. To accomplish this, QA team had automated basic set of functionality using Experitest and ran the automation script on each build which saved good amount of time. We used JIRA to file and track defects.

To the best of my knowledge, yes. I haven’t tried all of them out, so I don’t know how quick they are to pay. You can expect about 1 – 2 opportunities a month with UserTesting. I’ve found that the more you respond to, the more often they’ll send you work. Good luck and keep us posted.
There are two major risks when analysing groups of successful individuals or companies to try to work out why they succeed when others fail; the first is survivorship bias – ignoring the many failures that may have done exactly the same things, the second is confusing correlation with causation. In the latter case there are many things that developers do because they have a successful app, like porting it to lots of other platforms, that are completely unrelated to how they became successful in the first place. [tweetable]There isn’t a magic formula for success on the app stores[/tweetable] but we can try to avoid falling into these traps by looking at factors that might increase your chances of success.
Try GrabPoints and start earning off surveys, watching videos, downloading apps, and much more. Their 500-point signup bonus is 50 cents on its own, leaving just $2.50 that you need to earn for your first withdrawal!
You might approach a sponsor and make them an offer by telling them you have an app that has had several thousand downloads (which you can support with your analytics), and you can then offer to change the graphics to reflect the brand of the sponsor for a set fee. What’s more, you can get the sponsors you work with the market the app for you: It’s a win-win for everyone.
We would recommend signing up for ad exchanges. These let you integrate with several ad networks at the same time, which should mean that you have more ads on your app, and at the highest possible rates.
The advantage of Swagbucks is the number of ways it lets you earn points. Most things you already do online—searching, shopping, playing games, taking surveys, watching videos and lots more—can earn you points. But that variety makes Swagbucks a bit more complicated simply due to the number of different activities you can do to earn points. Swagbucks has eight different apps for iPhone (though just two for Android) plus activities on its website and browser toolbar. That offers a ton of variety, but makes it all too easy to while away your day while making just minor earnings. If you like Swagbucks, we’d recommend using a point-earner or two that fit fits easily into digital routine, letting you earn points without going crazy by trying to do absolutely everything. Though you don’t earn much per activity, those points will add up if you use Swagbucks every day.

There are a number of reasons your photo could be rejected, such as if another user has already snapped the sign, or the picture is too blurry. Be aware that the reviewal process is not instant – so just because your submission is ‘pending’, doesn’t mean it’ll be rejected.
The app can be installed on a maximum of 3 devices, with each device earning $2 per month. In total, you can earn $6 per month or $72 per year. You can increase your earnings a bit further with the use of the VPN. However, as mentioned above, other rewards apps on your phone might not permit the use of a VPN.
The larger your city, the more tasks you are likely to have. This is definitely one money making app you don’t want to pass up. Overall, I commend this app for its easy-to-user interface and functionality.
“I typically cash out the Swagbucks for gift cards that I use on Amazon to buy household goods,” said Cherie Lowe, a personal finance writer and author of the book “Slaying the Debt Dragon.” Ms. Lowe has used the app for nearly eight years, earning around $3,000 worth of gift cards over all. “I did save up enough to get $600 to put toward a laptop at the Apple store at one point in time,” she added.
Each Gigwalker has a performance score based on several factors, including such things as successfully completing Gigs and activity level. This score allows Gigwalk to match more complex and higher-paying jobs with more talented Gigwalkers. Thus, as you raise your performance score, you will increase your chances of being selected for higher-paying Gigs.
Note: The refer-a-friend promotion information applies to their offer running until the end of June 2017. They always have some type of great deal on the table though, so take a look when you sign up!

Have the next killer iPhone app idea? Know the next AppStore trend but can’t think of what to call it? Or do you simply go crazy for anything with an ‘i’ in front of it? Ladies and gentlemen we have found an answer.
If you’ve worked with deploying software in the past, you understand the challenges. In-house teams often have to suffer through consequences because of a lack of QA tools and talent. But there are timely, cost effective ways around this with an efficient software QA staff.
Earn cash back as long as your item appears on the receipt. These receipt scanning apps don’t care where you make your purchase. As long as the product appears on the app, you’re going to get paid. Most of the receipt scanning apps are of this type.
The app uses coins to pay you for completing fun tasks which you can then exchange them for rewards including PayPal, Google Play vouchers and Amazon gift cards. One of the surprises of this app is that it offers shopping vouchers and movie vouchers while you can also get entered into a draw to win a large number of coins.
Great app list. I found this app that has a very cool concept. It’s called “Flash Cards For Money” and is Android only. All you do is just click an image as it cycles through images. One of the reviews said they made money. I can’t beat their max score but if you do it looks like you could make a lot. Could you possibly check it out and find out if it actually pays?
@James – Rule of thumb in situations like this is that is the functionality is the core app, then paid will be better. The reason is that it’s hard to make money on a free app when the entire experience doesn’t allow for ads or unlocking new content/features. If you have a texting app, it might be hard to insert ads in there in a way that doesn’t affect user experience. I’d start with $0.99, do some updates to make it really slick and see if you can get some traction (without getting frustrated if you don’t make any money immediately!).
CashPirate was number 2 last year for the Moneyjojo.com round up of the best paying apps. This year CashPirate goes one better, in at the top at number one. The reason being for the number one spot is simple, you can generate a good extra income using this app and even earn while you sleep. The reason for this is the CashPirate referral program.
MintCoins is consistently considered by us as a good reliable app. It can be slow to earn rewards from this app, however, the $1 minimum cashout is still a great feature. You can earn $0.25 for each referral, therefore getting your friends in on the action means you see the benefits.
ClickWorker is the black sheep of the small task money making apps. The tasks they have you complete differ substantially. Get paid to evaluate search engine results and complete other tasks on the internet.
With hosting events MAKE SURE you get event insurance that covers “bump in” and “bump out” periods as well as the event itself. Brendan Burchard tells the story about how he was sued into bankruptcy from an event he hosted and someone injured themselves during setup and he had no insurance.
UsabilityHub pays you with credits when you perform website tests for its clients. Each credit pays 10 cents, and you can cash out with PayPal once you reach 200 credits. Responses typically take about a minute each. UsabilityHub accepts new testers from several countries.
Wealthfront also allows you to open a 401k, Traditional IRA or Roth IRA. Take advantage of their tax-loss harvesting feature, in which they estimate you can save an extra 1.55% each year. Keep in mind that you need a minimum of $500 to invest with Wealthfront.
Next on the list is Permission Testing of mobile apps. Almost every second app asks its users for access to their phone’s contact, camera, Gallery, Location etc. I have seen few testers who make a mistake by not testing the proper combinations of these permissions.
‘Peer-to-peer’ lending is the future of banking. It cuts out the middle-man, passing on higher interest rates to you and cheaper loans to borrowers. And it’s all managed online from the comfort of your sofa.
