Getting into the App Store’s top 100 – much less top 10 – list is of course the best way to see sales soar. If that’s just not happening for you, start small. Build an audience from the ground-up.

The biggest problem with Inbox Dollars is that their app contain numerous technical issues. The company itself is trustworthy, but once you get into their app there are definitely flaws. And since you need an entire $30 to cash out, it might be best to stick to the other money-making apps from this list instead.
MyCrowd operates a bit differently than the rest of the usability testing jobs. Instead of setting payments, there are bounties. You get paid a ‘bounty’ for every bug or error you find. So, you’ve got to be quick to beat out your fellow tester in finding any bugs in an app or on a website. Compensation for a found issue is based on how severe it is. For example, a simple spelling error or typo would not be worth nearly as much as a broken link or checkout process. If you’re competitive, this just might be the perfect usability testing job for you.
Once you get in, all you have to do is keep moving to start earning. You will need to do rather a lot of walking though – somewhere around 10,000 steps for 1 BW$. If you spend all day wandering around for your job anyway, however, what is there to lose?
Some “free” services are funded by having ads on their sites, but the rest steal time, screen real estate and information from me. Why not pay me instead? I know what I buy, and when I am choosing between products.
Yet even before we take all of those shifting factors into account, we have to pin down what kind of app we want to develop or test in the first place.  There are native apps, web apps, and hybrid apps to choose between, and they’re each built differently.
If you don’t mind sharing your notes with other students it’s a great way to generate a little extra cash. There are sites out there that you can upload your notes to, along with your price, and then when another student downloads them you get paid.

The most intriguing are the last two bottom end revenue models. The difference between them is only 1%. So what’s better: paid downloads or free apps with in-app purchases? Just take a look at the top grossing iPhone mobile gaming apps in the US as of January 2017, by Statista.
Native apps, the most common form, are applications built to run on a specific mobile device’s hardware, sometimes with and sometimes without a data connection—like the Kindle app, for example, or Angry Birds. Web apps, however, almost always require a data connection, are usually designed to run across all platforms using the same basic code, and are really not “apps” in the app-store sense but are simply, as the name suggests, web-based applications.  The difference between an ordinary website and a web app in this context, though, is that these apps range from mobile-friendly versions of websites to websites that are custom-built (usually with HTML5, JS, CSS), from the ground up, specifically for display and use on mobile devices. Finally, with regard to hybrid apps, these are essentially web apps packaged in a native-app wrapper—available in app stores and designed for use only on mobile devices, but also relying heavily on communication with a website or web-hosted database, such as via APIs, in order to function at all.  (One common example is the Wikipedia app, which requires an active connection to Wikipedia.org’s online database to deliver its Apache Lucene search results.)
This tutorial will help the audience to learn the different aspect of the up-trending mobile device testing as well as mobile application testing. You will get familiar with many useful tools for black-box and white-box testing of a mobile application.
For those that are looking for highest potential earnings, CashCrate has surveys that have payouts that range anywhere between a few cents and $30. However, the ones that pay this amount are quite rare.
Those kinds of questions can usually be answered by the most common quality-assurance practice for mobile apps: manual testing. Using the actual smartphones or mobile-OS tablets at their disposal, testers can perform a variety of usability and functional tests on apps under development, checking features such as sign-up and login fields, menus and navigation, touch gestures and scrolling, input key functionality, screen size and GUI appearance, connection speed and data handling, interruptions (such as how your app responds to an incoming phone call or text), operating system versions, crashes and error messages (does your app display an actionable message or simply stop working?), accelerometer response, etc. Seeing how an app functions in real time on a real device is, of course, an irreplaceable testing method, and testers should try this on as many of the most popular devices that they can get their hands on (or enlist beta testers to help).
So there are some significant gaps between how app developers and users view the value of channels to generate revenue. That’s why app publishers should consider a mix of strategies to deliver extra value not only through ads and in-app transactions but provide users with new experience and channels of interaction, ability to purchase additional features if desired.

50% of the leading apps use in-app purchases a stream of earnings, and the model is expected to dominate in the next years. It is commonly preferred among game developers, mostly due to digital money, used by users to purchase in-app content or to unlock new levels. That is more, half of the games provide more than one virtual currency- ‘coins’, ‘gems’ or ‘gold’.
With that backdrop, to build a Facebook, Uber, Snapchat, Google Maps, Tinder, or a top game can seem like an overwhelming task. Yet anyone trying to build a new app has to compete with these mostly free apps on the app stores.

Manual testing is a human input, analysis or evaluation. This approach is user centric focussing on explorative ways of monitoring, whether a mobile application meets user requirements and expectations. You should test your app for look & feel and for usability, making sure that it is user friendly. You should not be using manual testing for all your testing, but just for about 20% of them, for the rest you can use automated testing.
This is really great. I have had the app for almost three weeks (?) and I’ve already cashed out $15 to PayPal and got it. My problem is I am stuck on the same tasks and have been for almost a while freaking week! It keeps saying that they will refresh but they havent. I think you have to complete most of the task before they can refresh and that’s also my problem. A few of the task I have already done but keep getting and the others just won’t work. I have like 7 ‘gift card’ tasks for 333 points but I have to go through all extra offer crap that I don’t want to and when I try and it looks like it worked, I don’t get my points. I often get new tasks that do work when I am at my workplace or anywhere outside of my house. Which I’m sure you can imagine stinks. So basically right now until it ever does refreshes I have to leave my house to actually do anything. Oh well, I’ve still gotten more money with this app in three weeks than I have with any other app or stupid surveys.

If you want a cashback rewards app you can rely on, the heavily-funded Ibotta app is definitely the right choice. The same is true with eBates though, so use the two and grab the best rewards between them each time you shop online. eBates not only has big investments, but they even make big investments too — like their $8 million investment into Influenster a few months ago.
